Abs333 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using abs333 services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

2. Account Registration & Security
To access the full abs333 experience, you must register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. abs333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the abs333 support team immediately at [email protected].
Information provided during registration must be consistent with valid identification documents. abs333 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a registered abs333 user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. You are not permitted to use the platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or any action that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
Among the specific prohibitions that apply to all users:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the system or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Providing false information during registration or the account verification process.
- Using another person's account or sharing account access with a third party.
- Engaging in any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice, and abs333 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account if fraud is proven.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the abs333 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via supported local online banking methods including FPX and available e-wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set within your user account.
Deposits are typically credited to your abs333 account within minutes of transaction confirmation by the bank. abs333 is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers that are beyond our control.
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the abs333 account. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to one business day. Full identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.
Abs333 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and the user will be notified in accordance with the established procedure.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer
Abs333 provides its online entertainment and betting platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or computer viruses at all times.
Abs333 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, loss of funds, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from system outages, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues.
Abs333's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Users bear full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through their account.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, designs, trademarks, software, and other materials displayed on the abs333 platform are the exclusive property of abs333 or its licensed rights holders. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of such content without prior written consent from abs333.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
